AZPDES General Permit Reissuance | De Minimis General Permit

On June 26, 2026, the second comment period begins for the proposal to reissue the Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) De Minimis General Permit (DMGP) for de minimis discharges of pollutants to protected surface waters in Arizona, except for those on Tribal Lands. The comment period ends July 27, 2026.
