VIRTUAL PUBLIC HEARING | Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Water Quality Fees Consumer Price Index (CPI) Adjustment

ADEQ is holding a virtual public hearing on or the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for the Water Quality Fees Consumer Price Index (CPI) Adjustment. ADEQ proposes to revise the way in which annual inflation increases to its water quality fees are calculated. Additionally, ADEQ proposes minor changes to add statutory reference, fix typographical errors, and repeal an outdated rule within the same chapter.
