VIRTUAL STAKEHOLDER MEETING | Solid Waste Fees Modification Rulemaking
ADEQ invites stakeholders to this virtual meeting to discuss the re-establishment of solid waste fees that were temporarily modified or suspended through an emergency rulemaking on June 6, 2025.
Solid waste facilities & waste types impacted:
- Biohazardous medical waste transporters and transfer, storage, treatment, and/or disposal facilities
- Landfills (operating and in post-closure)
- Lead acid battery collection and recycling
- Septage haulers
- Special waste generators, shippers, receiving facilities
- Used/Waste tire sites
- Transfer stations
- Used oil handlers (transporters, marketers, processors, and burners)DEQ encourages and values your input and participation.
