Attend these sessions to learn about proposed changes to Whole Effluent Toxicity evaluation, reporting, and toxicity detection response. We’ll also cover how ADEQ is establishing communication with the US EPA’s database to share required information in the next phase of electronic reporting (due December 2025). Last, we’ll introduce the how and why ADEQ inspections staff will be visiting more municipalities and fewer construction site operations within those regulated municipalities as part of an alternate compliance monitoring strategy.
