On April 7, 2024, the comment period begins for the preliminary decision to issue a a draft Storage and Treatment Hazardous Waste Permit to Triumvirate Environmental (Arizona) Inc. (TEI) for a hazardous waste management facility in Casa Grande. The comment period ends May 22, 2024.

Facility:

The draft permit allows TEI to operate a hazardous waste management facility located at 73 S Commerce Dr, Casa Grande, AZ, 85193. Hazardous waste management activities include treatment, storage, consolidation and bulking of hazardous waste for transportation, and bulking of organic liquids. The facility includes administrative offices in the southeast quadrant of the facility, non-hazardous waste processing operations conducted in the northeast quadrant, and hazardous treatment and storage operations conducted in the northwest quadrant. The facility will encompass approximately 25 acres of land in the Central Arizona Commerce Park, which is zoned I-2 for heavy industrial use within the City of Casa Grande.
