Forecast Discussion:
A low pressure system will bring rain to the forecast area today into Wednesday. Heavy rain will be possible (mainly during the calendar day Tuesday) and in fact there is a Flood Watch in effect. After isolated lingering showers taper off Wednesday morning, conditions will be dry the rest of the workweek. Otherwise, anticipate breezy to windy conditions at times this week. The rainfall is expected to have a beneficial effect in stabilizing the soils which will reduce the lofting of dust from local industrial activities.
