VIRTUAL PUBLIC HEARING | Transfer Facility Design and Operation Rulemaking

ADEQ is holding a virtual public hearing for a proposed rule to establish design and operation, closure, and demonstration of financial responsibility requirements for solid waste transfer facilities. This rule is required by statute under A.R.S. § 49-761 and A.R.S. § 49-770.
