There is a flat rate fee for Certificate of Approval for Sanitary Facilities for Subdivisions Fees. 

Subdivision with public sewerage system:

$1,180, adjusted annually under subsection (2), for every increment of 150 lots or less;

Subdivision with individual sewerage system:

i. $740, adjusted annually under subsection (2), for less than 10 lots;

ii. $1,480, adjusted annually under subsection (2), for greater than 10 lots but less than 50 lots;

iii. $1,480, adjusted annually under subsection (2), for each additional increment of 50 lots or less.

If water from a central system is not provided to the lot, the fee is one and one-half the applicable fee stated in subsection (3)(a) or (b).

Condominium Subdivision:

$1,480, adjusted annually under subsection (2), for every increment of 150 units or less.
