Permits are issued by rule for various purposes for facilities with the potential to discharge to groundwater. According to the Arizona Administrative Code, these permits are subject to periodic renewal. These fees are subject to an annual adjustment and will be updated on this page annually.

The review of an Individual Reclaimed Water Permit is subject to hourly fees of $180 per hour and has a maximum of $46,940.
ADEQ assesses an annual fee of $730, adjusted annually under subsection (E), for an individual reclaimed water permit.
