On Feb. 28, 2025, the comment period begins for the proposal to issue an Air Quality Control Permit to Fisher Sand & Gravel Co. for the construction and operation of Yuma Foothills (US-95) located in Yuma County, Arizona. The comment period ends March 31, 2025.
