Air Curtain Incinerators (ACIs) General Permit

Air curtain incinerators are used to clear vegetation and reduce biomass waste to a maximum of 35 tons per day. This five-year permit allows air curtain incinerators to burn the following biomass: 100 percent wood waste, 100 percent clean lumber, 100 percent yard waste, and 100 percent mixture of only wood waste, clean lumber, and/or yard waste.
