The ADEQ Underground Storage Tank (UST) Program requires use of an ADEQ-certified UST service provider for certain categories of work performed. The work requiring an ADEQ-certified UST service provider includes: installation and retrofit, cathodic protection testing, interior lining, tightness testing, and decommissioning.

UST Owners and operators may use the UST Service Provider Database to find information on ADEQ-certified service providers. ADEQ provides this database as a convenience only and does not endorse the listed companies or individuals.1

The Database Identifies:

• Firms that employ one or more individuals who hold certification
• Information regarding required manufacturer certification for the use of a piece of equipment, product or methodology that is on file with ADEQ for individuals certified in the category of tightness testing and interior lining. 
• Information regarding service providers who have had any category of certification suspended or revoked during the most recent quarter.
