This permit is for municipal, domestic, and non-domestic (industrial) discharges of pollutants to surface water that fits the definition of “waters of the U.S.” as described in the Clean Water Act. The permit is valid for five years. A renewal permit can be continued past five years if a renewal application is received 180 days prior to the expiration date of the permit.

Compliance Reporting

DMRs, exceedances, annual reports and sanitary sewer overflow reports are all available to submit online with myDEQ. The Federal e-Reporting Rule requires digital submission for DMRs.
