Forecast Discussion:
Pollution levels were mostly in the Good AQI range over the weekend, except ozone managed to reach the low Moderates on Sunday. Looking ahead, we aren't expecting any major changes to the weather and air quality. As for the weather, we are forecasting afternoon temperatures to continue reaching right around the 100°F mark all week. There will also be occasional breeziness during the afternoon, but we don't expect anything too significant.
Looking at the air quality, ozone is forecast to hover around the upper Good to lower Moderate AQI range through the week. As for particulates, both PM10 and PM2.5 are forecast to stay in the Good AQI category. However, there may be slightly elevated particulate concentrations when winds get a little breezy.
