Notice Read the Following: Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the Director of ADEQ intends to issue a significant amendment to an Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the following applicant(s):

The facility is located west of McQueen Road, just south of Germann Road, in Chandler, Maricopa County, Ariz. over groundwater of the Salt River Valley Groundwater Basin, in the Phoenix Active Management Area (AMA), in Township 02 S, Range 05 E, Section 10, of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian.
