Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the ADEQ Director intends to issue an Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the following applicant(s):

Permit Type

Individual Aquifer Protection Permit No. P-512406, LTF 65838

Permittee

ASARCO LLC – Mission Complex Mine

The facility is located in Sahuarita, Ariz., over groundwater of the Tucson Active Management Area, or Santa Cruz groundwater basin, in Sections 35 and 36 in Township 16S, Range 12E; and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 15 in Township 17S, Range 13E  of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian.
