Notice Read the Following: Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the ADEQ Director intends to issue a significant amendment to an Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the following applicant(s):

Facility Name

Johnson Camp Mine

Permit Type

Individual Aquifer Protection Permit No. P-100514, LTF 64109

Permittee

The facility is located near the Town of Dragoon, Cochise County Arizona, over groundwater of the Willcox Groundwater Basin, within Township 15 South, Range 22 East, and all or parts of Sections 22 to 27, 35 and 36, of the Gila and Salt River Base Line and Meridian.
