The ADEQ Procurement Office supports the agency’s mission to protect and enhance public health and the environment by coordinating and managing contracts to help with acquisition of supplies and services. Our services comply with procurement regulations and support the state of Arizona’s policy and administration objectives.

As Arizona’s lead agency for environmental protection, ADEQ most often solicits goods and services of a technical nature, though we also require office items. Either way, contractors must register their company on the Arizona Procurement Portal website in order to do business with the state of Arizona. Once registered, contractors will receive solicitation notifications for products and services. They may update their offerings and registration information at any time.
