Please use the online Environmental Complaint Form to report harmful activities that put the Arizona environment and public health at risk. Submitting online is the best way to ensure an efficient response to your complaint. Harmful activities to the environment may include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal dumping
  • Illegal burning
  • Unauthorized release of contaminants (deliberate or accidental)
  • Radiological or biological discharges

Signs of harm to the environment may include, but are not limited to:

  • Strange-tasting drinking water
  • Excess/sustained smoke or dust in the air
  • Oil spills
  • Chemical spills
