PUBLIC MEETING | Underground Storage Tank (UST) Draft Rule

ADEQ invites interested parties to attend this meeting to discuss the draft UST rule and provide input about the process of updating and aligning Arizona’s UST rules with EPA’s recent rulemaking. The rule changes are necessary for Arizona to obtain state program approval under ARS §49-1014. Also included are provisions to implement modification and installation plan reviews previously done by the State Fire Marshall and nonsubstantive changes from ADEQ’s previous five-year review report, such as clarifications and corrections to citations, where appropriate.

WORKSHOP | FREE Training for Owners and Operators of UST Systems

ADEQ is offering this no-cost Class A/B operator training to help underground storage tank (UST) owners and operators meet requirements and ensure UST systems are properly managed.
