ADEQ proposes to approve the following applicant's Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) Pretreatment Program, pursuant to the Clean Water Act and in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code (AAC) R 18-9-907:

The City of Buckeye is a publicly owned treatment works (POTW) that receives domestic wastewater from residential, commercial and industrial sources. A determination by ADEQ to approve this request would allow the POTW to regulate the discharge of pollutants into the treatment works from industrial users by carrying out inspection and monitoring to determine compliance with applicable pretreatment standards.
