On June 11, 2025, the comment period begins for the Superior Soil Study Area Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) site work plans. The comment period ends July 11, 2025.

Notice Details: 

ADEQ has received work plans for the Superior Soil Study Area VRP site. The work plans propose characterization and remediation of contaminated soil throughout the Town of Superior and was submitted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 49-175 and § 176.

The Superior Soil Study Area VRP site is a town wide investigation and remediation of soil in Superior, Arizona. Contaminants of concern at the site are metals in soil.
