PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 66030 to Centurion Medical Products
ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 66030 to Centurion Medical Products for the continued operation of a medical device sterilization facility in Yuma County, Ariz. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: hazardous air pollutants, nitrogen oxides (NOX), carbon monoxide (CO), particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 10 microns (PM10), particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 2.5 microns (PM2.5), volatile organic compounds (VOC) and sulfur dioxide (SO2).
