On June 2, 2025, the comment period begins for the request for a No Further Action determination for Former Lake Pleasant Cleaners, a Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) site located in Maricopa County, Arizona. The comment period ends July 7, 2025.

Site Information:  

Barclay/Pleasant Valley LLC and Watermark at Peoria AZ LLC submitted a request for a No Further Action determination to ADEQ for the Former Lake Pleasant Cleaners VRP Site. The site is a former dry-cleaning service located within a larger multi-unit shopping center, located at 9875 W. Happy Valley Road #1180, Peoria, Arizona, and includes a portion of the adjacent residential apartment complex to the south. Contaminants of concern at the site are volatile organic compounds (VOCs) – see the following No Further Action Report for details.
