Site Information:  

Henderson Beltway LLC submitted a request for a No Further Action determination to ADEQ for the Chandler Sunset Plaza Shopping Center VRP site. The site is a former dry-cleaning service located within a larger multi-unit shopping center, located at 4980 W. Ray Road, Chandler, Arizona. Contaminants of concern at the site are volatile organic compounds (VOCs), specifically tetrachloroethene (PCE).
