COMMENT PERIOD ENDS | Aquifer Protection Permit Exemption for NextGen Septic ZLD Treatment System in Cave Creek

On Dec. 17, 2022, the public comment period ends for the preliminary decision to provide the AZ Greenhouse Project LLC operation of the NextGen Septic Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Treatment System an exemption from the requirement to obtain an Aquifer Protection Permit based upon the determination that there will be no migration of pollutants directly to the aquifer or to the vadose zone. The comment period began on Nov. 17, 2022.
