ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information
Town of Prescott Valley applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 3.75 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Town of Prescott Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Agua Fria River in the Middle Gila River Basin in Township 14 N, Range 1 E, Sections 8, 12, and 16 12, in Yavapai County, Arizona. The Town of Prescott Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant is a publicly owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential, commercial, and industrial sources in Prescott Valley. Sludge is dewatered on site and hauled to an approved landfill for disposal.
