ADEQ proposes to issue a new Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information
Hassayampa Utilities Company applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.12 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Global Water, Campus 2 Water Relclamation Facility (WRF) to the Hassayampa River, to which the discharge flows via Dicky Wash and Luke Wash in the Middle Gila River Basin in Township 1 N, Range 5 W, Section 8, in Maricopa County, Arizona. The Global Water, Campus 2 WRF is a privately-owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential, and commercial sources in Phoenix. Sludge will be trucked to an off-site facility for processing and disposal.
