ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information
Central Arizona Water Conservation District (CAP) applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.107 million gallons per day (mgd) of non-domestic wastewater from the Havasu (Mark Wilmer) Pumping Plant to the Lake Havasu, Colorado in the Colorado – Lower Gila River Basin in Township 11 N, Range 18 W, Section 23, in La Paz County, Arizona. The Havasu (Mark Wilmer) Pumping Plant is a facility that removes the Colorado River Water and transfers it to the CAP canal system. The facility is located approximately half way between Lake Havasu City and Parker, on the eastern shore of the Colorado Rive (Lake Havasu). The Havasu (Mark Wilmer) Pumping Plant is considered a minor industrial facility.
