PUBLIC NOTICE | Call for Comments on the Draft 2022 Clean Water Act Assessment
ADEQ invites stakeholders to review and provide comments on its Draft 2022 Clean Water Act Assessment. ADEQ's Draft 2022 Clean Water Act Assessment describes the water quality of Arizona’s streams and lakes. It determines whether a water can be used safely for drinking water, recreation, fish consumption, irrigation, and/or livestock watering, and whether it protects both aquatic life and wildlife.
