ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information
Kings Ranch 2 Domestic Wastewater Improvement District applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.01 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Kings Ranch Unit 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Agua Fria River in the Middle Gila River Basin in Township 8N, Range 2E, Section 9, in Yavapai County, Arizona. The Kings Ranch Unit 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant is a privately-owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential sources in Black Canyon City. Sludge is pumped from a sludge holding tank by a licensed contractor and hauled to the Southwest Regional Landfill in Buckeye, Maricopa County, Arizona.
