ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information

TA Operating, LLC applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.08  million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Petro Stopping Center in Kingman, Arizona, to an unnamed wash, tributary to Knight Creek in the Bill Williams River Basin in Township 21 N, Range 14 W, Section 29, in Mohave County, Arizona. The Petro Stopping Center Wastewater Treatment Plant is a privately owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from commercial sources located at the truck stop. Sludge is dried in the sludge drying beds and disposed of in a sanitary landfill.
