ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Skyline Estate applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.0125 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Black Canyon Ranch RV Resort Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to an unnamed wash, tributary to Black Canyon Creek, tributary to the Agua Fria River in the Middle Gila River Basin in Township 9 N, Range 2 E, Section 33, in Yavapai County, Arizona. The Black Canyon Ranch RV Resort WWTP is a privately-owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential, and commercial sources in Black Canyon RV Resort Community in Black Canyon City. Sludge is pumped from a sludge holding tank by a licensed contractor and hauled to a licensed solid waste management facility for further processing.
