PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposed Biohazardous Medical Waste Facility Plan Approval for Aftermath Services in Yuma County

ADEQ has received a Biohazardous Medical Waste Facility Plan Application for the Aftermath Services, LLC biohazardous medical waste storage and transfer facility located in Yuma County.

Information

Biohazardous medical waste collected by Aftermath, LLC trucks at the point of generation will be delivered to the Aftermath, LLC medical waste storage and transfer facility. The proposed plan approval allows the transfer of biohazardous medical waste from these trucks into a refrigerated storage unit.  Trucks used in the transfer of biohazardous medical waste will be parked inside this facility. The biohazardous medical waste will then be transferred to an ADEQ-approved facility for treatment or disposal.
