Forecast Discussion:

Particulate levels were lower than expected yesterday. The low pressure system to the south must be providing better ventilation than we anticipated. We do expect particulate levels to trend up over the coming days as the low pressure system moves off to the east. Then, high pressure will be building back in over the region as we head into next week. As a result, we are forecasting PM10 to slowly trend up through the forecast period, but we do expect PM10 to stay in the Good AQI range. As for the weather, there is a chance for some rain today from the low pressure system to the south. After today, we expect mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the mid 60's warming up to the low 70's as we head into next week.
