PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permits to McNeil Brothers, Inc
ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit Numbers 89300 and 89308 to McNeil Brothers, Inc., for the continued operation of portable concrete batch plants in Arizona. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facilities emit the following air contaminants: particulate matter nominally less than 10 micrometers (PM10), particulate matter nominally less than 2.5 micrometers (PM2.5), lead (Pb) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
