Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the Director of the ADEQ intends to issue a new Individual Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the following applicant:

Permittee

Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc.

Location

Coconino County, Arizona, over the groundwater of the Coconino Plateau Groundwater Basin, in Section 20, Township 29 North, Range 3 East of the Gila and Salt River Base Line and Meridian.
