Facility Information
The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the discharge of pollutants to Waters of the U.S. from ADOT’s municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4). The permit requires ADOT to continue to implement and maintain a Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) to include control measures designed to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable. The permit establishes measurable goals to assess the efficacy of control measure design and implementation.
