PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposed Significant Revision to Air Quality Control Permit for Novo BioPower, LLC in Navajo County
ADEQ proposes to issue Significant Permit Revision Number 69960 to Novo BioPower, LLC to increase the carbon monoxide (CO) emission limit from the boiler stack from 240 tons per year to 243 tons per year on a 365-day rolling total at the Novo BioPower, LLC facility located in Navajo County, Arizona. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter (PM), oxides of nitrogen (NOX), CO, sulfur dioxide (SO2), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
