PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 85854 to W.L. Gore & Associates

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit Number 85854 to W.L. Gore & Associates for continued operation of a medical manufacturing facility located in Flagstaff, Arizona. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2.

The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter nominally less than 10 microns (PM₁₀), particulate matter nominally less than 2.5 microns (PM_2.5), volatile organic compounds, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, and hazardous air pollutants.
