PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 75725 for Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. in Mohave County

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 75725 to Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. for the continued operation of an underground uranium mine located in Mohave County, Ariz. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter nominally less than 10 microns, particulate matter nominally less than 2.5 microns, volatile organic compounds, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, greenhouse gases, hazardous air pollutants and radionuclides.
