PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 75181 to El Paso Natural Gas Company, LLC

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 75181 to El Paso Natural Gas Company, LLC for the continued operation of the Castle Dome Compressor Station in La Paz County, Ariz. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, particulate matter (PM₁₀ and PM_2.5), sulfur dioxide and volatile organic compounds.
