PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 75211 for Camp Verde Gypsum Mine
ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 75211 to Phoenix Cement Company for the continued operation of a crushing and screening facility located in Camp Verde, Ariz. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2.
The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter with diameter less than 10 micron (PM10), and particulate matter with diameter less than 2.5 micron (PM2.5).
