PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Permit No. 71539 to Rose Acre Farms, Inc.

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Permit Number 71539 to Rose Acre Farms Inc. for the installation and operation of an egg farm and feed terminal located in La Paz, Ariz. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter with a diameter less than 10 microns, particulate matter with a diameter less than 2.5 microns, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, and volatile organic compounds.
