ADEQ will conduct a hazardous waste rulemaking, as recently approved by the Governor’s Office, in which we plan to adopt U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) e-manifest and generator improvement rules, and other rules finalized by July 1, 2017.

We will be gathering stakeholder feedback on these new rules, including EPA’s recently finalized Definition of Solid Waste rule as a topic.
