PUBLIC NOTICE | Issuance of Air Quality Control Permit Renewal No. 69780 to Phoenix Cement Company

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Permit Renewal No. 69780 to Phoenix Cement Company for the continued operation of a Portland cement manufacturing facility located at 601 N. Cement Plant Road, Clarkdale, Yavapai County, Ariz. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur dioxide (SO2), particulate matter (PM), particulate matter nominally less than 10 microns (PM10) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
