PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 66684 to Coffman Specialties Inc.
ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 66684 to Coffman Specialties Inc. for the continued operation of a portable concrete batch plant that will be located in various sites within Arizona. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter (PM), PM with an aerodynamic diameter less than 10 microns (PM10) and 2.5 microns (PM2.5), nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, volatile organic compounds, hazardous air pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions.
