PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 66622 to Sundt Construction Inc.

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 66622 to Sundt Construction Inc. for the continued operation of a concrete batch plant located in Maricopa County, Ariz.The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter smaller than 10 microns (PM₁₀), particulate matter smaller than 2.5 microns (PM_2.5), nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and volatile organic compounds.
