Overview

The Greer Fire is located southwest of Eagar/Springville and is approximately 20,200 acres.

Smoke Synopsis

This will be the last smoke forecast for the Greer Fire unless conditions change.

Light smoke will continue to be produced within the fire site to the southwest of the Eagar/Springerville area over the next few days.

Smoke is expected to disperse to the southeast this Tuesday afternoon, turning more towards the northeast through the rest of the week. Overnight smoke will generally settle into low-lying areas adjacent to the fire with light impacts possible to Greer.

Smoke production from the fire is expected to decrease throughout the week.
