ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) Permit renewal to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

The City of Goodyear applied for a renewal of their AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.8 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Corgett Wash Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to the Corgett Wash in the Middle Gila River Basin in Township 1 S, Range 2 W, Section 12, in Maricopa County, Arizona. The Corgett Wash WRF is a publicly owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential, commercial and industrial sources in the City of Goodyear. Bulk sewage sludge is shipped off site for treatment or blending at the City of Goodyear 157th WRF.
